Crosby, 40, of Danville received her wings on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018.Tereana was born on May 19, 1978, in Danville, to Pamela Dillion Martin and the late William Lee Crosby Sr.Tereana enjoyed family and friends; and with her very caring spirit, she had a passion for helping others and truly enjoyed it. She loved cooking, singing, family gatherings and just making other people happy.Tereana leaves behind to honor her memory and life her mother, Pamela Martin; three sons, LaJohn Watson, JaVaughn Isom and Princeton Rush, all of Danville; a daughter, Tiera Watson of Danville; stepmother, Sharon Crosby; six brothers, William Crosby Jr., Michael (Lorrie) Crosby, Marcous (Audrey) Crosby, Willie Beasley, Larry Crosby and Jordan Crosby; four sisters, Paula Crosby, Brittany Crosby, Alexis Crosby and Whitney Crosby; a sister-in-law, Nereida Crosby; two grandchildren, Journey and Londyn Watson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Tereana was greeted in heaven by her father, William L. Crosby Sr.; brother, William “Scooter” Crosby III; paternal grandparents, Sam Crosby Sr. and Addie Mae Crosby; maternal grandparents, Carl and Gladys Dillion; and niece, Sarai Crosby.A home-going celebration will commence at noon Saturday, Dec. 29, 2018, at Life Church, 2105 N. Bowman Ave., Danville. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. A public viewing will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, 2018, at Leek & Sons Funeral Home, 304 E. Williams St., Danville. Officiating will be Minster Michael Crosby. Interment will be at Sanhill Cemetery.
